Q. Does NextArcade offer a warranty plan for their products?
A. Yes, Currently NextArcade provides a warranty with each of our products

Q. Can I play NextArcade games only my regular Windows-based PC?
A. Yes, all games downloaded through the NextArcade Game Download Service can be played on any PC. To experience the full arcade experience though, we recommend real arcade hardware such as Next Control and our NextArcade Home Arcade Cabinets.

Q. Can I play NextArcade games without buying a control panel?
A. Yes, though the full arcade experience can only be replicated by using real arcade hardware such as Next Control and our NextArcade cabinets.

Q. Can I use other games or software with NextArcade control panels?
A. NextArcade control panels should work with any game or piece of software that accepts DirectX joystick input. The trackball appears to the computer as a mouse.

Q. Is NextArcade available only in North America, or can I buy games and hardware from overseas?
A. NextArcade games can be purchased from outside the U.S. If you wish to purchase hardware, please contact us directly for shipping prices.

Q. Can I use hardware purchased from other vendors?
Any control panel supporting DirectX should work with games from NextArcade, but we do not support hardware from other manufacturers. Please contact the original manufacturer or post a question in our forums to ask for support from our users.

Q. I am a developer, how do I get my games on NextArcade?
A. We are always looking for great games from new and upcoming as well as established developers. Please contact webmaster@nextarcade.com for additional information.
